Kathy Kassera, Chief Creative Officer   
Kathy graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1999 with a cumulative GPA of 3.97. She holds a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, with a concentration in Graphic Design.

Kathy has experience in almost every facet of the design industry—from working in the pre-press and printing industry to film and sound editing to designing and developing database-driven online applications.

Prior to co-founding Kassera Design, Kathy was the lead interactive designer and one-person web design and development department at Barsuhn. She co-founded Kassera Design in 2006 with two goals—to provide superior design services to her clients, and to provide them with work that is both beautiful AND functional.

Kathy has experience in working with many types of clients, from non-profits to small businesses to large corporations. These clients have come from industries as diverse as real estate, finance, transportation, insurance, software, logistics, education, music and retail.

Edward Staszko, President, Chief Executive Officer   
Edward Staszko is the Director of Business and Marketing at Kassera Design. He has founded a number of profitable start-up companies, and has also worked as an IT consultant and computer programmer with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, a large internet technology and business consulting firm. While at CGEY, he worked with Fortune 1000 companies to integrate their legacy systems with newer technologies and to design and implement internet-based bill presentment and payment systems (online billing). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Juris Doctor degree from the George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC.
